The service

Madsbase, LLC provides image and video ads for ecommerce brands. The Trial is a one-time purchase. The subscription is billed monthly: you pay a monthly price and receive the ad volume your plan and mix define.

Billing

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly until you pause or cancel. Pauses, cancellations, and mix changes apply from your next billing cycle. The Trial is a one-time purchase covered by our performance guarantee, so it can be refunded in full at any time.

Deliverables and revisions

Your first batch is delivered within a week of being cleared to start (onboarding complete and all required assets received), then a new batch every week through the month. The subscription includes unlimited revisions; the Trial includes 1 revision round, requested within 5 days of delivery. Revisions cover tweaks to existing ads; net-new angles or formats count as new ads.

Your responsibilities

You confirm you have the rights to all assets you share with us (product photos, footage, brand materials, reviews) and that your products and ads comply with the policies of the platforms where you run them.

Usage rights

Delivered ad creatives are yours. Use them for anything you want, with no extra fees or attribution.

Performance guarantee

If your ads don't perform, email us and we'll make you a new batch for free, or refund you in full, your choice. This is the exclusive remedy for performance claims.

“Doesn't perform” means: you've run the ads for at least 10 days, and none of them beat your account's average ROAS (return on ad spend) or CPA (cost per acquisition) over that same period.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Madsbase, LLC's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the month the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including ad platform decisions affecting your account.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept them.
