How does the subscription work?
You pay a monthly price and get a set number of image and video ads. You decide how many of each you want. You can pause, cancel, scale, or update your ad mix anytime.
Can I scale my subscription?
Yes. Email us anytime to add volume and we'll update your mix for the next cycle. Once your plan goes over $2,500/month, every ad is 10% off, so you get more creatives per dollar as you scale.
How does the performance guarantee work?
If none of the ads perform or for whatever reason you're not happy, we'll refund you in full. Just send us an email at hello@madsbase.com.
What counts as 1 ad creative?
1 ad creative = 1 file, whether it's an image or a video. Each ad is uniquely differentiated by persona, angle, or format. We don't produce small variations (to reduce creative similarity score).
What do you need from me to get started?
High-quality product photos, brand guidelines, and reviews file(s). If your mix includes videos, a link to your existing footage (Drive or Dropbox works).
When do I get my ads?
Your first batch arrives within your first week, then a new batch every week throughout the month. The clock starts once we're cleared to begin: onboarding complete, assets in hand (see What do you need from me to get started?), and anything else we've asked for confirmed.
Can I change my mix or plan?
Yes. Email us before your next billing date and we'll update your mix for the following month. You can upgrade, downgrade, pause, or cancel your plan anytime; changes apply from the next cycle.
What if I need to cancel?
Subscription: cancel anytime and you keep everything from cycles you've paid for. The Trial is a one-time purchase, but the performance guarantee always applies, so email us anytime if you're not happy and we'll refund you in full.
How do revisions work?
The subscription includes unlimited revisions. The Trial includes 1 revision round; submit your requests within 5 days of delivery. Revisions cover tweaks to wording, photography, or product. Net-new angles or formats count as new ads.
What kinds of video ads do you make?
Two styles, both at the same $150 video price: Mini-VSLs from your existing footage (complemented with AI footage only when yours isn't enough), and fully AI-generated videos (podcasts, street interviews, animations). All directed by a senior creative strategist so they don't look AI.
What does the SKU limit mean?
A SKU is a unique product or variant you want us to feature in your ads. Plans cap SKUs (1 on Trial, up to 5 on the subscription) because each one needs its own research and strategy.
What aspect ratios do you deliver?
Image ads are 4:5. Video ads are 9:16, with safe zones optimized for Reels and Stories, and for when Meta crops them to the feed.
What are my usage rights for the ad creatives?
